Mais ne serait il pas mieux d&#8217;\u00e9couter notre corps et de manger seulement si nous avons faim?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evidemment la qualit\u00e9 de notre alimentation va in\u00e9vitablement impacter notre sensation de faim. Par exemple, si vous mangez une pizza (tr\u00e8s riche en glucides\/sucres), il est fort probable que tr\u00e8s rapidement vous ressentiez une sensation de faim. De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, si vous mangez une salade avec un yaourt, votre estomac risque de tr\u00e8s rapidement gargouiller&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choisissez des aliments de qualit\u00e9, plut\u00f4t bio, d&#8217;agriculture raisonn\u00e9e ou pourquoi pas cultiver votre jardin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En faisant vos courses, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes ou semi-compl\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choisissez imp\u00e9rativement des bouteilles en verre d&#8217;huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales AB  et surtout conservez les au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur sauf l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous mangez de la viande, choisissez la de qualit\u00e9. Et ne mangez du boeuf qu&#8217;une fois par semaine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Favorisez les petits poissons comme les sardines ou les maquereaux<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prenez le temps de mastiquer et surtout mangez lentement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous souhaitez perdre du poids, utilisez une petite assiette plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;une grande et mangez avec une petite fourchette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pensez \u00e0 boire suffisamment d&#8217;eau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oubliez le 0% de mati\u00e8re grasse, inutile et sans int\u00e9r\u00eat pour votre sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prenez le temps de vous faire \u00e0 manger plut\u00f4t que de manger des aliments transform\u00e9s.
